Hospital Policies

New Client Deposit Policy:

A deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable unless the practice is notified of cancelation/rescheduling within 24 business hours in advance. We will use this deposit towards your total on the day of your appointment.

No-Show Policy:

A $60 fee per patient will be applied to your account if you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up. If there were extenuating circumstances that prevented you from canceling your appointment or showing for your appointment, it will be up to the discretion of the Hospital Manager and/or the Medical Director how the situation will be handled.
